Ugh. Sorta been disgusted with Akira lately. Nothing too spectacular in the stores. I do like that Rachel Zoe has a few items from her line in there though. Here are two of my fav pieces from the collection...



This blazer is soooo straight from the 80s. Major shoulder pads...but nevertheless dope. I can see someone rocking some dope frames with this. Diva status.


Sequins is def not dead yet. You will be seeing lots of sequin pieces in the stores this season. Might have to grab me this joint. Hot! Very superstar.

I think this is the most adorable dress by a brand called Orange. It comes in white & black, and can be worn with a belt to add more oomph! You can also play around with the shoe choices too! It can be found at Akira, $148.

I thought these were hidious at first glance...now I have sorta fell in love with them. I can imagine me rocking them with a white wife beater, and some dope high tops or heels. You can find them at Akira. Hmmm...

Sex Shooter

Leg Boots are fucking hot. The further they go up the thigh...the sexier. Its like, why even wear jeans? I got these hot ass boots for pants. I tried on these Micheal Antonio ones in black, and my god, I could not take them off. Well, my ex pseudo boos old fling happened to be at the same store...so of course I had to act out and show who was a bad bitch. The heel was at least 5 inches and comfy. I picked these suckers up and now I can't wait to rock them. I encourage women to purchase the leg boots this fall...it brings out the sex kitten in you...I promise!!!

I am a sucker for well put together fashion shows that engage the audiences with performances, and more. I love getting dolled up with the girlies, with a glass of champagne in my hand, watching the festivities. Chicago bred boutique, Akira is having a fashion show this Sunday at the House of Blues. The inspiration is voodoo dolls. Dope, right? There will be acrobatics, and great performances by the electro pop group, HE SAY, SHE SAY, and Brilliant Pebbles. Also there will be a marching band, and women suspended in the air, while all of this is going on! What should I wear? Dunno. I will post pics Monday. Chow.
