Boot Licker

Every fashionista is excited to rock boots for the fall. We can't wait to get our well manicured hands on a pair of hot, black or brown boots to rock with those skinnies or leggings. I am very excited to get my hands on a pair of Dr. Martens. You saying I can be cute...and still look like I kick more ass than Angelina Jolie? Really? There is nothing wrong with being tough and sexy. Invest in a pair of ass whooping boots ladies...lol!

MOB Action

I know. I know. I said I was through with MOB since they were sold to Coogi. But I see their signature design stamp has not changed. And they maybe...just maybe get a fan back. The fall '10 ish is dope.

Fall Back

Since the temps will start droppin soon(sorry to ruin your summer)...its time to think about those unique pieces that will warm up your wardrobe. The pieces above are transitional...and can carry you from the end of August into October. Its always hard to go from summer to fall...without looking so frantic.

Fall Back 2

My fav season is arriving soon...but don't fret, you can still lay up on the beach, or frolic in some water. I will be randomly spotlighting some fall trends in shoes, clothes, beauty, and whatever else. Gotta keep you ahead of your BB Curve.

The military shoe trend has not ended, and now stores are offering various styles to fit your taste. These are from Bakers.

Cold Blooded

Just because the warm temps aren't here anymore, doesn't necessarily mean fashion has to end. Looking good and staying dope in cold weather isn't hard. And yes you can step outside the typical sweater/boot combo. I found a few picks that I am intrigued by on the Arden B. site. These are great partying pieces, that can be worn over and changed up with other things in your closet.

These are satin jeans. Shiny without being cheesy. Good for a holiday party, or the club. Definitely tone it down with a basic top. Hopefully its cotton, or a sheer material.

This latex catsuit reminds me of Amber Rose or Rihanna. They would so rock it. I think its hot, and definitely risky. Pair with a hot boot or sandal, and you are leaving with a Blackberry full of numbers. You can also tone it down with a rocker studded flat boot, and long cardigan.

I love this floral skirt. Be brave and a rebel, with a Dr. Marten, or a military boot. A cropped cardigan and band tee underneath would go perfectly with this look.

Last but not least, I know we are tired of the lame inspired pieces. But now the material has changed, and its sexy latex. This gold skirt is so forward, yet Studio 54ish to me. I can picture the top being a plain white tank, or shoulder padded cream blouse. It screams New Years Eve or Saturday night out on the town.

Fall '09 MOB ft. Teyana Taylor

I guess these are the new pics for the MOB Fall campaign featuring Teyana Taylor. I know that MOB is trying to step it up on the high end tip due to the current death of streetwear. Teyana is rocking some dope pieces indeed.

Keri Fab

I love Keri Hilson and how she tends to go for a masculine look, while her girliness still remains. I really like this look for fall. The boots are too hot! And the tweed blazer ties the whole look together. Dope.

Rockabilly style

I have tried to avoid liking this style of shoe...every since my girl rocked a pair of vintage tap shoes at the beach last year. Lmao! I was too through. But, I visited the Steve Madden website...and gosh darnit...fell in love with a male oxford styled pair. On top of that, it came in a couple of my favorite colorways. So yes, I will be copping a pair this fall to rock with my bowties, cardigans, and whatever else I can pull together to complete the look. Straight up Janelle Monae.

Hell...what does she know?

Its September. And pretty much fall is here...well its been here since mid-July to me. Fall is one of my most favorite seasons. Its great for fashion, weather, Halloween, and my b-day! My friend argued me down yesterday, saying Summer was the best season for fashion. How is being naked because of the hot temps fashionable? The weather pretty much predicts the way you should dress. Fall forces you to be creative....anyhoo, she is tacky, so I don't know why I was arguing with her.
