Dimepiece promotes Peace

Who said young ladies can't be political?!!! Dimepiece Clothing has come out with limited edition holiday Peace Tees. There will only be 100 made, so girlies need to act fast. The t-shirt spreads the message of peace, and no war. And to be stylish for a cause is pretty dope. You can pick up your shirts from www.dimepiecedesigns.com. Or you might want to call Jugrnaut if you in the Chi, because they might get them in too. Check out the disclaimer below, about the orgin of the Peace Bird symbol.

Gerald Holtom was a conscientious objector during WWII. He graduated from the Royal College of Arts and became a professional designer and artist. He was approached by the organization backing the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND) in Britain in 1958, to create a symbol that would be used at an anti-nuclear protest rally. (fdl itl.)
